生物活性

Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (29F.1A12) is a rat-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse PD-1. Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (29F.1A12) blocks the binding of PD-1 to its two ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2. Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (29F.1A12) can be used for the researches of cancer and immunology, such as CT26 tumor and pancreatic cancer.

体外研究

When Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (29F.1A12) (10 μg/mL, 7 days) is used in combination with anti-CTLA-4, it can increase the production of IFN - γ cytokines and Ki-67 expression in CD8+CTLA-4+PD-1+tumor infiltrating lymphocytes from CT26 tumors.

体内研究

The combination of Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (29F.1A12) (200 μg, intraperitoneal injection, administered on days 10, 13, and 16) and anti-CTLA-4 can induce tumor regression in CT26/ID8-VEGF tumor cells.
Anti-Muse PD-1 Antibody (29F.1A12) (100 μg, intraperitoneal injection, administered on days 1, 3, and 5 after BRAF inhibitor administration) can be used in combination with BRAF inhibitors to delay tumor growth and improve survival rates in small BP tumors.
Anti Mouse PD-1 Antibody (29F. 1A12) (200 μg, intraperitoneal injection, administered on the 4th, 7th and 10th days), in combination with the PRIP1 inhibitor, can protect pancreatic cancer from primary pancreatic cancer and liver metastasis.
