FITC (Fluorescein 5-isothiocyanate) is a fluorescence probe for the labeling of amines. FITC is a pH- and Cu-sensitive fluorescence dye.

体外研究

Annexin V-FITC/PI is employed to detect chondrocyte apoptosis. The PEI-modified CDs are conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) to fabricate CDs-FITC composites.
