Sulindac sulfide (32004-67-4) is the active metabolite of cyclooxygenase inhibitor sulindac. Strongly inhibits Ras induced malignant transformation and Ras/Raf dependent transactivation. Sulindac sulfide induces apoptosis in cancer cells via PDE5 inhibition. Modulates beta-cetenin mediated effects.
