Acridinium salts, including 10-methyl-9-(phenoxycarbonyl) acridinium, can be used in chemiluminescence assays, enzyme, antigen, antibody, and hormone immunoassays, and assays to detect oxidants in environmental, biological, and pharmaceutical samples.
