5(Z),8(Z),11(Z)-Eicosatrienoic acid ethanolamide is essentially identical to AEA in its agonist binding to CB and CB receptors. In L cells expressing the human CB receptor, the K value for 5(Z),8(Z),11(Z)-eicosatrienoic acid ethanolamide and AEA binding is 753 nM. In AtT-20 cells expressing the human CB receptor, 5(Z),8(Z),11(Z)-eicosatrienoic acid ethanolamide and AEA bind with a K value of 1,810 nM.

5(Z),8(Z),11(Z)-Eicosatrienoic Acid Ethanolamide is an endogenous cannabinoid receptor agonist with K_d values of 753 nM and 1810 nM against CB1 and CB2, respectively.

体外研究

5(Z),8(Z),11(Z)-Eicosatrienoic Acid Ethanolamide inhibits cAMP accumulation in CHO-hCB1 and CHO-hCB2 cells with IC₅₀s of 431 nM and 156 nM, respectively.
5(Z),8(Z),11(Z)-Eicosatrienoic Acid Ethanolamide (1-1000 nM) inhibits N-type calcium currents in a concentration-dependent manner. Inhibition was halfmaximal at a Mead ethanolamide concentration of 124 ± 19 nM.
