D13 is an acylhydrazone antifungal. It is active against C. neoformans in vitro (MIC = 0.06 μg/ml). D13 (20 mg/kg per day, p.o.) increases survival in mouse models of C. neoformans, C. albicans, or A. fumigatus infection.
