生物活性

Manganese chloride has oral activity and can be used as a magnetic resonance liver contrast agent. It induces apoptosis and activates the mTOR signaling pathway. On one hand, it promotes hematopoietic function recovery and reduces radiation-induced bone marrow and brain damage; on the other hand, it also induces cognitive impairment. Additionally, it can be applied in the study of renal dysfunction.
