LatruncuLin A (50-1000 nM) exhibits potent anti invasive activity against human prostate cancer PC-3M cells, inhibiting PC-3M-CT+sphere depolymerization and cell migration. LauncuLin A (3-30 μM) inhibited hypoxia induced HIF-1 activation, and the IC50 value in human breast cancer T47D cells was 6.7 μM [1]. LatruncuLin A (0-0.2 μM, 4 hours) has a significant inhibitory effect on HuR levels in human liver cancer HepG2 cells at high concentrations (e.g. 0.2 μM), while only inhibiting HuR at 0.02 μM, but has no inhibitory effect on human liver cancer Huh7 cells at high concentrations [2]. LatruncuLin A (0.1 μM, 24 hours) can significantly reduce cell migration and inhibit cell proliferation in the human liver cancer cell line HepG2 [2]. |
