体外研究

N-Acetyl-D-galactosamine (GalNAc) (50nm; 4 hours) decreases the expression of occludin mRNA and claudin-3 mRNA by 1.6% and 2.7%.
N-Acetyl-D-galactosamine (GalNAc) (50nm; 4 hours) lowers the protein expression of occludin and claudin-3 by 4.3% and 7.2%, respectively.

RT-PCR

Cell Line: IPEC-J2 cell
Concentration: 50 nM
Incubation Time: 4 hours
Result: Observed a slight reduction in mRNA expression of occludin and claudin-3.
